2. Company Rights

DuckTools reserves the right to:

• Terminate accounts that violate these terms

• Refuse service to anyone for any reason

3. Warranties

All services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with any particular game version or server.

We make no warranties regarding the performance, reliability, or availability of our tools. Game updates or server changes may affect functionality at any time.

4. Liability

DuckTools shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to:

• Game account bans or restrictions
• Loss of in-game items, currency, or progress
• Hardware or software damage
• Loss of data or business interruption

5. Refunds

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
• Refunds are provided at our sole discretion
• No refunds for accounts terminated due to terms violations
• Partial refunds may be offered for unused subscription time
• Free services are not eligible for any form of compensation

6. Redistribution

You may not redistribute, sell, lease, or transfer any DuckTools software or services. All software remains the property of DuckTools and is licensed, not sold.

7. Plugins

DuckTools allows user-created plugins to extend functionality. However:

• We are not responsible for third-party plugin behavior
• Plugins must not violate these terms or applicable laws
• Malicious plugins will result in immediate account termination
• Plugin authors retain responsibility for their creations

8. Hardware Identification

Our software collects hardware identifiers to enforce licensing terms and prevent abuse. This information is used to:

• Enforce the single account policy
• Prevent unauthorized redistribution
• Detect and prevent abuse of free services
• Protect the integrity of our platform

Violation of our terms may result in a permanent hardware ban from all DuckTools services.

Acceptable Use Policy

This policy outlines prohibited behaviors when using DuckTools services. Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination and may include hardware bans.

1. Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any DuckTools software
• Use debugging tools, packet sniffers, or analysis software on our tools
• Modify, patch, or create derivative works from our software
• Remove or bypass any security features or license verification
• Share, sell, or distribute your account or license
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free services or circumvent limits
• Use our services for any illegal purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers

2. Third-Party Services

When using DuckTools software with third-party services (such as game servers), you are responsible for complying with their terms of service. DuckTools is not responsible for any consequences resulting from your use of our tools, including game account restrictions.

3. Abuse Reporting

If you discover any abuse of our services, security vulnerabilities, or terms violations, please report them through our Discord server. Do not exploit or publicly disclose vulnerabilities.
